HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS?

Essential oils should always be diluted before use. Our Lavender essential oil has been blended to the reccomended amout. It can also be blended into hair and body care of your choice. Great for customising your daily beauty routine. 

Blend 4 to 6 ml into 20 ml of your hair care to customize. 
Blend 4 to 6 ml into 20 ml of body care to customize.
Blend 5 drops ml into 20 ml of carrier oil to customize. 
Add 4 to 6 drops into your room diffuser to create a aromatic atmosphere. 
Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil into carrier oil and add to running water for a fragrant bath. 
Add 5 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil for a relaxing massage.
